Epson WorkForce WF-7511 resetter is working for service required error, and waste pad counter, life end, all lights blinking, reset or s1 to s12 button will not working.
I have cleaned lint rollers, clean waste pad in the bottom of printer.
Have test print test page/home and stock page, all test pages good.
Have tested wires with power switch.
Does anyone have this issue?
I tried printer to the default setting and also make the manual adjust of life counter setting to lower value.

Did the original re-setter kit from epson work? Not sure it was a real original re-setter kit from epson, but the re-setter made the printer works after the power off for 2 days, it seems like the original re-setter kit or it may be a repair kit for this issue.
I have never found this before. The Home button is not working. When I press it, I will get a "Bad code" message. The printer is a gift and I cannot return it. Is there a way to reset it?

I found the solution, please find the information from here:
The solution is not good and it took me hours to find it. The solution is to change the Epson WorkForce WF-7511 to a standard paper feed paper tray, and reset the printer, wait for the printer to settle down and then power off the printer, open the printer cover, remove the paper tray, and change the paper tray back to the original one. It is very simple and easy, but if you do not try it, you will spend hours to try to find the solution.
Before you try, please make sure the printer is not power-on or power-off at this time, otherwise you will not be able to replace the paper tray, that is why I suggest you power off the printer.
